Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?

Our processing time is 1-2 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page. Your scheduled ship by date will be 2 weeks from the date the order was placed. We aim to ship orders as soon as possible, but be aware your order may take the full 2 weeks.

My tracking is not updating

Please allow for up to a week for tracking to update. Due to COVID, we do not drop off packages everyday. If your order shipped on a Friday, it may not be dropped off until Monday or Tuesday if Monday is a USPS holiday.

In other instances, USPS does not always scan or update in a timely manner. Your package may not show a scan until it's out for delivery in some cases.

Can you add or remove an item from my order?

We are unable to add or remove items from an order once it has been placed. Please make sure your order is correct before checkout. If you need to add an item, you can place another order and we will combine if made within 24 hours of the original order.

Can you combine my open orders?

We only combine orders placed within 24 hours, and you must contact us to combine. Orders placed more than 24 hours apart will not be combined.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please double check before placing your order that the shipping address is correct.

Once your order has shipped, we will not be responsible if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or name on the package. If the package is returned to us, we are not responsible for fees to re-ship.

If you notice your shipping address is incorrect or needs to be changed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can change it before your order ships.

Refunds, exchanges, cancellations

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, but please let us know if there is an issue with your order.

What if there's an issue with my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can work out a solution.

My order is missing

Marked delivered: Please check mailbox, porch, front desk, or mail room for your package. If you still don't see it, USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered before delivering them. Usually it will show up by the next day, but if it still has not shown up by then, please contact your local USPS office. We will not refund or replace any orders that have been marked as delivered.

Not marked delivered: If the package has not been marked delivered, but still has not arrived, it must be one month from shipment date (for US orders) or two months from shipment date (for International orders) for the package to be considered lost. If a package has not been delivered after this time, please contact us for assistance.

Do you offer other shipping options?

We offer flat rate USPS First Class shipping that comes with tracking. We do not offer letter mail, Priority, or any other shipping options.

US: We offer free shipping on all US orders $50+.

Canada: We offer free shipping on Canadian orders $125+.

International: We offer free shipping on International orders $150+.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

International customers are responsible for paying any and all customs fees associated with ordering in your country of residence. We will not refund your order if you choose not to pay customs fees.

UK Customers

Due to tax changes with Brexit, we will no longer be shipping to the UK.

Do you offer custom designs/orders?

At this time, we only offer our Custom Scripts, but no other changes or customizations to any other item will be accommodated.
